I was advised on exactly which parts were needed for our job, given an exact breakdown of the cost, manufacturing and delivery. Several other people told me they had experienced after delivery add ons with some being extremely expensive. Absolutely everything we needed and wanted was included in the shipment. It was delivered on time as scheduled. The transport company damaged a couple of the panels in transit, one phone call and one photo to CSD and the replacements were sent on the next shipment.

One concrete finisher let us down. During one of CSD’s regular follow up calls I informed Chris of our predicament, he suggested other contractors. We managed to find another contractor and kept our build on schedule. I could go on but I think you get the idea.
